It was our pleasure to welcome the CEO of the Australian Made Campaign, Ben Lazzaro, to our Scoresby headquarters this week where were showcased what Australian manufacturing looks like day-to-day at Decon - including our people, facility and the work that goes into designing and building electrical and telecommunications equipment right here in Australia.
As an 100% Australian owned and operated business, we design, engineer and manufacture Australian Made certified switchboards, transportable rooms and shelters, equipment racks and modular hybrid power solutions that support critical infrastructure across the country - from metro sites to some of Australia’s most remote locations.
We also shared some of the research and development work our teams are currently focused on, looking at smarter, more resilient and more sustainable ways to power and protect essential networks. It’s work driven by real-world challenges and a genuine desire to build better solutions.
